This issue is our annual awards tribute. You will not want to miss reading about the smart, hard-working women of New Jersey who were nominated by their peers. Sponsored by the Garden State Woman Education Foundation, the women are honored at an annual awards luncheon held in January. Request a nomination form from and nominate a woman that you respect and admire.

While reading the website, be sure to pay attention to the 2008 Financial Guide. This is a very important publication. It is unique; there is no other publication that is created to meet the needs of women. Over the 10 years that Garden State Woman Magazine has existed, we have focused on empowering women to not be intimidated by the world of financial services. Thankfully, we have seen more and more women take charge of their financial health. Financial well being is a key ingredient to good health. We have been providing solid financial information through our financial conferences and networking events.
